The Daily Grind began as a simple dream shared by two Seattle natives, Ethan Bell and Maya Chen. Inspired by their travels through South America and their deep appreciation for ethically sourced, expertly roasted coffee, Ethan and Maya envisioned a space where the community could gather, connect, and enjoy exceptional coffee in a warm and inviting atmosphere. In 2018, that dream became a reality when they opened the doors of The Daily Grind in the heart of Belltown.
